As you know
Occasionally, Google PlayMovie does not play normally during sleep / wakeup in PlayMovie

INTEK is currently saying that this issue has been resolved
INTEK tested it 100 times but there was no issue.

I asked how INTEK solved this issue yesterday.
However, INTEK says it doesn't know the exact solution and updated all Google libraries up to date, so it has been resolved.

So I think we need to retest this issue with the latest Google Library update before we enter 3PL certification later.
When you have time, could you release the FW that applied the latest Google Libraries as a test?

I hope to listen your opinion.

INTEK said to me, "we updated the gms and other librarys."
That is ,INTEK didn't give me detailed and accurate information.

So I will borrow the INTEK box and check the library version information later and let you know.

I tested it, and... Can I compare the INTEK box and FNX box using the command below?
# dumpsys package | grep -E "Package|version"

Or please let me know if you have any other commands.

 Hi Mr. Jung,

I have verified the results between v15.522.48 and v15.522.54 with same TV.

the fail rate of v15.522.48 is 50%
the fail rate of v15.522.54 is very low

The Google package of these two versions are same, but when I reproduced this issue, I found something different.

For v15.522.54, when we press power key, the screen will show the OTA dialog, at this time, because there is no cancel option, so we press HOME key to disappear the dialog, then STB go to standby.

The reproduce step is as below,

1. Playing the PlayMovie
2. Press Power Key
3. Screen pop OTA dialog (Press HOME key to cancel) -> STB go to standby
4. Wait about 5 seconds then press Power key to wake up -> STB resume
5. Screen pop OTA dialog (Press HOME key to cancel) -> Go to live channel full screen
6. Press Home Key again to back to UI launcher
7. Launch the PlayMovie -> the PlayMovie video resume playback correctly.

For 15.522.48, the screen did not pop OTA dialog, so the behavior is different.

Because the Google package between these 2 versions are same, but the results are different.
Is any clue in my step?

Thank you for your information.

Then I will check the frequency of 48 and 54 versions again after removing OTA pop-up at 54.
If this is the same, I think the timing(?) due to OTA pop-up affects this issue.

I will test this part and let you know the result.
(For your information, we changed the office urgently, so it will take some time to test. )

Our QA said that this issue is gone in 15.524.4, you can verify it on your side.
